EDELIA Partner Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 01 January 2026

These Partner Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the EDELIA Partner Program operated by EDELIA Global Work & Studies (“EDELIA”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By applying to become an EDELIA Partner, participating in the Partner Program, submitting clients, or accepting partner pricing or commercial terms from EDELIA, you (“Partner”, “you” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms, the applicable Partner Agreement, and any program-specific terms communicated by EDELIA.

1. Purpose of the Partner Program

The EDELIA Partner Program is designed for education consultants, study-abroad agents, recruitment partners, independent consultants and other approved professionals who introduce clients to EDELIA’s international education, employment and related services.

Depending on the applicable program, EDELIA may provide support relating to:

  • Study Abroad programs
  • Work Abroad opportunities
  • University and institution applications
  • Employment opportunities
  • Language programs
  • Documentation support
  • Visa and immigration-related process guidance
  • Employer or university coordination
  • Pre-departure support
  • Other international programs offered by EDELIA

The availability of any service depends on the specific program, destination, institution, employer and applicable requirements.

2. Partner Approval

Participation in the EDELIA Partner Program is subject to application, verification and approval by EDELIA.

Submission of a Partner Application does not automatically create a partnership or guarantee approval.

EDELIA may request additional information about the Partner, including:

  • Business details
  • Professional experience
  • Target markets
  • Expected client volume
  • Website or social media profiles
  • Previous education or recruitment experience
  • Relevant business documentation

EDELIA may approve, reject or request additional information regarding a Partner Application at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

3. Partner Pricing and Client Pricing

EDELIA may provide approved Partners with applicable Partner Pricing for selected programs or services.

The Partner may, where permitted by the applicable Partner Agreement, add its own margin when determining the final price presented to the client.

The commercial structure generally consists of:

EDELIA Partner Price + Permitted Partner Margin = Client Price

The Partner is responsible for clearly communicating the final client price to the client.

Partner margins, pricing rights and applicable commercial conditions may vary according to the program and may be subject to specific written terms provided by EDELIA.

Third-party costs, including university fees, school fees, government charges, visa fees, financial proof requirements, insurance, accommodation, transportation and other external expenses, may apply separately.

4. Payment Terms

EDELIA does not generally operate the Partner Program on a “payment only after visa issuance” or “payment only after successful outcome” basis.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the applicable payment structure may require payment in agreed instalments.

For example, a program may operate on a structure such as:

50% before the applicable process begins

and

50% before completion of the applicable process or release of the final documentation package.

The exact payment schedule applicable to each client or program will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice, payment instruction or Partner Agreement.

The applicable written commercial terms for a particular transaction will take precedence over general examples provided on this website.

5. Partner Responsibility for Client Payments

Where the Partner has agreed to collect payment from the client, the Partner is responsible for collecting the applicable amount from the client and settling the amount due to EDELIA according to the agreed payment schedule.

A client’s delay, refusal or failure to pay the Partner does not automatically remove the Partner’s payment obligation to EDELIA where the Partner has already accepted responsibility for the payment.

Partners must not represent to clients that EDELIA has agreed to payment terms that have not been confirmed by EDELIA in writing.

6. Approved Payment Channels

For security, transparency and transaction tracking, Partners must use the official payment channels communicated by EDELIA.

Where payment processing through India is applicable, EDELIA may use Razorpay Payments Private Limited, which identifies itself as an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator in India.

Partners must not redirect EDELIA client payments to:

  • Personal bank accounts
  • Personal UPI accounts
  • Unauthorised payment links
  • Cryptocurrency wallets
  • Unapproved third-party accounts
  • Any other payment channel not authorised by EDELIA

EDELIA may refuse to recognise or process payments made through unauthorised channels.

Using an authorised payment provider does not eliminate all risks of fraud, chargebacks or payment disputes. Partners remain responsible for complying with EDELIA’s payment instructions.

7. Payment Processing Charges

Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, bank charges or other applicable payment-processing costs may apply.

Unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing, such charges or Partner-related transaction costs are not automatically borne by EDELIA.

The applicable quotation, invoice or payment instruction will determine the amount payable.

8. Client Documentation

The Partner is responsible for collecting accurate and complete information and documentation from clients before submitting them to EDELIA.

Depending on the program, documents may include:

  • Passport
  • Educational certificates
  • Employment documents
  • Financial documents
  • Identity documents
  • Photographs
  • Application forms
  • Experience certificates
  • Police or background documents
  • Medical documents
  • Other documents required for the applicable program

The exact documentation requirements may differ according to the destination, institution, employer, visa category and applicable authorities.

9. Document Authenticity and Verification

The Partner is responsible for taking reasonable steps to ensure that documents and information supplied by the Partner or its clients are genuine, accurate, complete and current.

The Partner must not knowingly submit:

  • Forged documents
  • Altered documents
  • Misleading information
  • False statements
  • Incomplete information presented as complete
  • Documents belonging to another person
  • Documents obtained through fraudulent means

EDELIA may request additional verification where discrepancies or concerns arise.

Submission of documents does not mean that EDELIA guarantees their acceptance by a university, employer, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other third party.

10. Document Discrepancies, Refusals and Investigations

Where a refusal, rejection, delay or adverse decision appears to be materially connected to inaccurate, false, incomplete or misleading information or documentation supplied by the Partner or the client, EDELIA may suspend the applicable process while the matter is reviewed.

Where appropriate, EDELIA may also temporarily hold applicable Partner payments, commissions, margins or rewards that are pending settlement while an investigation is conducted.

The outcome of such an investigation will depend on the available documentation, communications, third-party decisions and circumstances of the individual case.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising rights available under applicable law or an applicable written agreement.

11. Final Documentation and Passport Release

Where EDELIA is responsible for providing or coordinating a final documentation package, the applicable package will generally be released only after all amounts due to EDELIA have been fully paid and successfully cleared.

Where a passport is held by EDELIA or its authorised representatives for a lawful administrative or visa-related purpose, its handling and return will be subject to applicable law, the relevant authority’s requirements and the agreed service terms.

A Partner or client must not represent that a passport or final documentation package will be released before the applicable payment obligations have been satisfied unless EDELIA has confirmed otherwise in writing.

12. No Payment-After-Visa Guarantee

Partners must not promise clients that payment to EDELIA will only be required after visa issuance unless EDELIA has specifically agreed to such an arrangement in writing.

Visa applications involve independent authorities and third-party decision-making.

EDELIA’s payment obligations and the client’s payment obligations are separate from the final decision of an embassy, consulate, immigration authority, university or employer.

13. Client Conduct

Partners are responsible for communicating EDELIA’s requirements accurately to their clients.

Clients must provide truthful information and cooperate with document, application, payment and verification requirements.

EDELIA is not responsible for consequences arising from a client’s:

  • False information
  • Misrepresentation
  • Failure to provide documents
  • Failure to attend appointments
  • Failure to make required payments
  • Misconduct
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Failure to follow instructions

The Partner must promptly communicate material client-related issues to EDELIA.

14. Partner Communication With Clients

Partners may communicate with their clients regarding the services they are providing, but must not make unauthorised representations on behalf of EDELIA.

Partners must not guarantee:

  • Visa approval
  • Employment
  • Admission
  • Work permit approval
  • Residence permit approval
  • Salary
  • Processing time
  • Border entry
  • Any other outcome controlled by a third party

Where an outcome depends on a university, employer, embassy, consulate, immigration authority, government agency or other third party, the Partner must communicate this appropriately to the client.

15. Partner Marketing

Partners may promote EDELIA services using approved information and marketing materials.

Partners must not:

  • Make false or misleading claims
  • Guarantee visa or employment outcomes
  • Alter EDELIA information in a misleading manner
  • Use EDELIA branding without appropriate permission
  • Publish inaccurate pricing
  • Promise services that EDELIA does not provide
  • Represent themselves as employees of EDELIA unless separately authorised

Any marketing material provided by EDELIA should be used in accordance with the instructions supplied with that material.

16. EDELIA Partner Rewards

EDELIA may provide performance-based rewards to eligible Partners.

The current Partner Program may provide:

5 Qualifying Paid Clients → $1,000 USD EDELIA Partner Bonus

A “Qualifying Paid Client” means a client who:

  1. Has selected an EDELIA service;
  2. Has completed the required payment;
  3. Has made a payment that has been successfully received and confirmed by EDELIA.

The following do not normally qualify:

  • Enquiries
  • Leads
  • Free consultations
  • Profile submissions
  • Unpaid applications
  • Promised payments
  • Incomplete transactions
  • Cancelled transactions
  • Refunded transactions
  • Reversed transactions
  • Chargebacks

Additional conditions may apply to specific Partner Rewards.

17. Suspension of Partner Payments or Rewards

EDELIA may temporarily suspend applicable Partner payments, margins, rewards or other commercial benefits where there is a reasonable concern regarding:

  • Document discrepancies
  • Fraud or suspected fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Unauthorised client payments
  • Payment disputes
  • Chargebacks
  • Refunds
  • Breach of Partner Terms
  • Misleading marketing
  • Client complaints requiring investigation
  • Other material contractual or compliance issues

Any applicable amount will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the case and the applicable agreement.

18. Refunds, Chargebacks and Reversals

Where a payment is refunded, reversed, disputed or subject to a chargeback, EDELIA may adjust or recover any related Partner payment, margin or reward where permitted under the applicable agreement.

Partners must cooperate with EDELIA in resolving payment disputes and provide relevant transaction or client information where reasonably required.

19. Confidentiality

Partners may receive confidential information relating to EDELIA, including:

  • Partner pricing
  • Commercial terms
  • Client information
  • Supplier information
  • Employer information
  • University information
  • Internal processes
  • Marketing materials
  • Business strategies

Partners must not disclose confidential information to unauthorised third parties.

Partner-specific pricing and commercial arrangements must not be publicly disclosed unless EDELIA has authorised such disclosure.

20. Personal Data

Partners must handle client personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws.

Partners should only collect and share information that is reasonably required for the relevant service or application.

Where required, Partners must obtain appropriate client consent before sharing personal information or documents with EDELIA or other relevant parties.

21. Independent Partner Relationship

An EDELIA Partner is an independent business, consultant, agent or professional and is not automatically an employee, legal representative, franchisee or joint venture partner of EDELIA.

Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship or authority for the Partner to legally bind EDELIA unless separately agreed in writing.

Partners are responsible for their own:

  • Business expenses
  • Taxes
  • Staff
  • Marketing expenses
  • Client acquisition costs
  • Local registrations
  • Licences or permits where applicable
  • Regulatory obligations

22. Changes to Programs and Commercial Terms

International education and employment programs can change due to requirements imposed by universities, employers, governments, immigration authorities or other third parties.

EDELIA may therefore update:

  • Program availability
  • Pricing
  • Documentation requirements
  • Payment schedules
  • Partner pricing
  • Processing procedures
  • Rewards
  • Commercial terms

Specific written terms already agreed for an individual transaction will be handled according to the applicable agreement, quotation or invoice.

23. Breach and Termination

EDELIA may suspend or terminate a Partner’s participation in the Partner Program where the Partner materially breaches these Terms or the applicable Partner Agreement.

Grounds may include:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Submission of knowingly false documents
  • Misrepresentation
  • Unauthorised collection or diversion of payments
  • Repeated payment defaults
  • Misleading client representations
  • Misuse of EDELIA branding
  • Serious client complaints
  • Breach of confidentiality
  • Breach of applicable law
  • Other material contractual violations

Termination does not automatically remove payment obligations that arose before termination.

24. No Guarantee of Third-Party Outcomes

EDELIA provides coordination, guidance and support according to the applicable service.

However, final decisions may be made by independent third parties, including:

  • Universities
  • Schools
  • Employers
  • Embassies
  • Consulates
  • Immigration authorities
  • Government agencies
  • Border authorities
  • Other relevant institutions

EDELIA therefore does not guarantee approval of:

  • Admission
  • Employment
  • Work permits
  • Visas
  • Residence permits
  • Border entry
  • Specific salaries
  • Specific processing times

Any information regarding salaries, program availability, processing times or other outcomes should be treated as subject to the applicable program and third-party confirmation.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The governing law and dispute-resolution mechanism applicable to a Partner will be stated in the relevant Partner Agreement or other written commercial agreement between the parties.

Where these Terms conflict with a separately signed Partner Agreement, the terms of the applicable signed agreement will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

26. Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting a Partner Application, participating in the EDELIA Partner Program, submitting clients, accepting Partner Pricing or proceeding with a transaction under the Partner Program, the Partner acknowledges that they have read and understood these Terms and agree to comply with the applicable requirements.

The Partner also acknowledges that:

  • Partner pricing is subject to applicable commercial terms;
  • Client payments must be handled according to EDELIA’s payment instructions;
  • Client and document information must be accurate and authentic;
  • EDELIA’s standard payment structure is not generally based solely on visa issuance;
  • Partner rewards are subject to qualifying conditions;
  • Program outcomes may depend on independent third parties; and
  • Additional terms may apply to individual programs or transactions.

Important Notice

These Partner Terms & Conditions are intended to establish the general commercial and operational framework for the EDELIA Partner Program.

Program-specific quotations, invoices, Partner Agreements and written commercial terms may contain additional requirements and should be reviewed before proceeding with a transaction.

For complex transactions, international arrangements or disputes, the parties should obtain appropriate professional legal advice.
