International employment processes involve several parties and stages. EDELIA helps clients understand the service scope, payment milestones and documentation process before proceeding.
Package inclusions depend on the destination, role and written service agreement. Before paying, ask for an itemised breakdown of:
Your service agreement should state the total package price, each payment milestone, what triggers the payment and the services covered at that stage.
EDELIA provides consultancy, information and documentation/process guidance. It does not describe itself as the overseas employer or direct recruiting agent.
In India, registration requirements can depend on the actual activities performed—not just the business label. Overseas recruitment and arranging employment for emigration may be regulated under the Emigration Act and applicable rules.
Ask us to clarify the role of the employer or any authorised recruiting partner for the specific opportunity.
Contact our team for the available package details, written inclusions, payment stages and documentation requirements relevant to your profile.
Employment, work permits, visas and entry are not guaranteed and are decided by employers and the relevant authorities. Package inclusions, payment milestones, cancellation and refund provisions must be confirmed in the applicable written agreement. This page is general service information, not legal advice; EDELIA should publish any statement about MEA registration only after confirming its actual operating model and applicable legal requirements with qualified Indian counsel.
Frequently Asked Questions
Understand how payments work, what safeguards to look for, and what to confirm before starting a Work Abroad process.
Our preferred payment method is Razorpay. Where a package has instalments or milestone payments, the amounts, due stages and services covered should be explained in writing before you pay.
Other payment methods may be used only when both the client and EDELIA agree to them. Confirm the agreed method and payment details through EDELIA's official communication channels before sending money.
For Razorpay payments, use the official payment link or checkout provided for your transaction and follow the payment provider's security steps. Never share your OTP, card PIN, password or banking login with anyone, including an EDELIA representative.

Payment processing does not guarantee a job offer, work permit or visa. Refund eligibility is governed by the agreement and applicable law.
Yes, another method may be possible when both you and EDELIA agree in advance. The agreed method, amount, recipient details and any applicable charges should be confirmed in writing. Do not transfer funds to an unverified personal account or to someone claiming to be an agent without independently confirming the details with EDELIA.
No — EDELIA operates as a consultancy, providing guidance and documentation/process support rather than presenting itself as an overseas recruiting agent. The applicable legal position depends on the actual activities carried out. Where an opportunity involves regulated overseas recruitment, that activity must be handled through the legally appropriate authorised route. The role of any employer or recruiting partner should be clarified for the specific opportunity.
Inclusions vary by destination and package. Request a written breakdown of EDELIA's consultancy services, documentation, third-party or government charges, translations, insurance, flights and accommodation. Items such as flights or accommodation should be treated as included only if the written package or employer terms confirm them.
The service agreement should state the total price, each instalment and its trigger, whether initial payments count toward the total, and which costs are refundable or non-refundable. Read the cancellation and refund terms before paying and keep copies of the agreement and receipts.
No. Employment decisions rest with employers, and work permits and visas are decided by the relevant authorities. Outcomes and processing timelines cannot be guaranteed.
